mais um exemplo dos problemas que são as patentes em software.

porque carga d'água é que havendo patentes, espero que desapareçam da face da 
terra, as empresas ao adquirirem outras levam com elas essas patentes, a 
haver, as patentes só eram válidas enquanto a empresa se mantivesse em 
actividade, e aquando da sua compra, essas patentes cessavam.

isto é contraditório, mas sinceramente espero que a IBM destrua por completo a 
SCO.
