Estive a investigar o assunto mais em pormenor e obtive os seguintes dados.
Aparentemente o ircd da ptnet =E9 baseado no DreamForge 4.6 da DalNet.
Puxei o c=F3digo fonte onde existe um ficheiro chamado LICENCE que cont=E9m
o texto do GPL vs. 1 (algu=E9m sabe de cor quais s=E3o as diferen=E7as entr=
e a
vers=E3o 1 e 2 do GPL?).

O ficheiro Authors diz que o autor principal =E9 Jarkko Oikarinen que se n=
=E3o
me engano =E9 o criador do protocolo IRC. No entanto no ficheiro CHANGES
o nome dele n=E3o aparece, provavelmente por este IRCD ser j=E1 por sua vez
derivado do original escrito pelo Jarkko.

Algu=E9m tem dados mais precisos?
