Aqui o caso =E9 simples. N=F3s sabemos que eles restringem o acesso ao
c=F3digo para al=E9m do permitido pela GPL.

Como tamb=E9m sabemos, o ircd n=E3o foi feito pela FCCN, portanto trata-se
de um "derived work with additional restrictions".
