Apenas a IBM PL 1.0 e que e de software livre, nao compativel com a GNU
GPL.

A CPL 0.5 nao aparece mencionada no site de licensas da GNU, e se for
uma reescrita da IBM PL < 1.0 entao se bem me lembro, nem software livre
era.

Se a CPL 0.5 for somente uma reescrita da IBM PL, entao talvez seja de
software livre, embora nada seja dito explicitamente.
