Existe aqui, no entanto, outro problema que tem a ver com o ircd, embora
n=E3o sendo distr=EDbuido, ser utilizado pelo p=FAblico. =C9 o mesmo caso q=
ue
se coloca com os Application Service Providers. Os ASP's podem modificar um
programa GPL que oferece um servi=E7o pela net (tipo webmail ou mesmo o=20
slash que o Gildot usa) e n=E3o s=E3o obrigados a partilhar as modifica=E7=
=F5es
que efectuaram. Isto =E9 visto como um problema pela FSF que est=E1 a traba=
lhar=20
para que uma futura vers=E3o do GPL n=E3o permita este tipo de coisas. O pr=
oblema=20
=E9 que legalmente n=E3o =E9 simples de resolver esta quest=E3o.=20
