Lembro-me de ter lido há algum tempo num blog que o Ministro da Ciência, 
da Tecnologia e do Ensino Superior era aquele que mais fazia em prol do 
Software Livre/Aberto.

Isto é realmente verdade? Se sim, como pôde ele deixar o governo assinar 
o protocolo com a M$?
