ola' a todos
descobri por acaso esta noticia que podera' ser muito
util:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/4229689.stm
a parte que considero util e' esta:
'There are between 150,000 and 300,000 registered software patents in the
US and open source developers argue that many should never have been
granted.
This is a view corroborated by the UK Patent Office.
"Some of the patents have dubious validity and are being wielded by some
big companies to force smaller companies to buy licenses in the knowledge
that they can't afford to take them to court," said Dr Jeremy Philpott of
the UK Patent Office'

Naturally the common people don't want war... but after all it is the
leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a
simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or
a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.
Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of
the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are
being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and
exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.
