tem toda a razão, ainda mais quando a Andalucia é practicamente do tamanho de
Portugal, inclusive tem cerca de 7milhões de habitantes, portanto é um case
study muito interessante, infelizmente por cá nada de novo.

ainda à umas duas semanas enviei um mail ao dr. vasconcelos da UMIC (depois de
ter assistido a uma conferência dele no IST) a questioná-lo sobre algumas
coisas como é o caso de as redes wireless nas universidades estarem todas
baseadas em sistemas m$, bem como na compra de portáteis pelos estudantes e a
mais que esperada obrigatoriedade de vir lá em bundled o m$-windowze que eu
não necessito, ainda hoje estou à espera de resposta, e dúvido muito que
alguma vez as receba.

enfim é Portugal, se estivéssemos agora na época dos descobrimentos e com esta
gente, provávelmente importávamos as árvores para construir as naus....
