The biggest take away would be that there may well be just one beta. The string freeze for that beta is going to be Thursday/Friday 25th/26th, that is, two weeks from now. We had a bunch of changes come in in the last week, so the max of missing strings is now at 76. What we'd love you to do right now is to start poking your localizations on hg ASAP. We need to figure out if you're running on technical road blocks well before the beta, so now is the time to make sure you're set up. Build reports are on http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/ (goes down for a few minutes now), and bsmedberg's builds report to http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n and your corresponding tinderbox, and get uploaded to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-l10n/ . These builds get started when you push your changes to hg.m.o, and should be ready in terms of minutes, so this is one of the few things to enjoy already in the chaged world. http://developer.mozilla.org/En/L10n_on_Mercurial should get you up to speed, I just added a tools section. If you run into problems, please ask for help in this group, on #l10n or on #hg. I'd love to call for some volunteers to mentor other localizers, too. So if you're feeling comfortable with hg and have some cycles, please follow up on this thread and offer your help?
