<div dir="ltr">Não clarificou o que seja fonte lícita e não houve tempo qse nenhum de discussão. Eu só consegui intervir uma vez, coloquei logo 3 questões, m dps não consegui mais. Quanto ao licenciamento obrigatório só percebi que seria obrigar as entidades de gestão colectiva a licenciarem as cópias de livros para fins educacionais; ela só o referiu pq lhe disse q a lei não salvaguarda posição de professores e alunos no acesso a obras protegidas por dto autor...</div>
