Communia[1] lançou uma campanha para recolher assinaturas de
apoio a uma melhor reforma do Direito de Autor (DA) para fins de
ensino. A campanha surge no seguimento da proposta da Comissão
Europeia para reformular o DA e que traz mudanças preocupantes
para os cidadãos. No caso da educação, por exemplo, a excepção
para fins de ensino é drasticamente reduzida em relação à que
temos hoje.</div>

um problema: parece-me que os formatos editáveis não são livres
e eu não faço ideia se há software livre que consiga lidar com
