[ANSOL-geral] Patentes em Portugal

Olá,

Eu não tenho tempo para fazer isto até 24 de Março.

Alguém pode analisar o que foi alterado a nível de patentes?

Visto por alto parece-me que o artigo 52 da EPC mantém-se igual, mas é
precisa uma análise mais profunda!
