A Comissão está a preparar um comunicado no âmbito de um pacote de
cibercrime com o objectivo de tornar algumas das provisões que têm
'pode' para 'deve'...

-------- Forwarded Message --------

The Commission is preparing a Communication on the "mutual recognition
of pre-trial orders to obtain evidence", which will shortly be presented
and is part of a legal pacckage to combat so-called cybercrime. This
could mean that Member States will be obliged to transpose even the
"may"-provisions from the Enforcement Directive. And it would, as is
always the case with mutual recognitions in web cases, mean that the
lowest legal standards from any EU coutry become EU practice. We will
have to keep an eye on this.
